Enough gives you a glimpse into heartbreak I was unwilling to give in to. Little “notes” I wrote to myself over the last five years, saying stuff I wasn’t ready to understand or hear or deal with. Not quite a break-up record, Enough is more of a pre-break-up record that is really a deep dive into my self-doubt and fear of failure and loneliness. I tried to embrace those feelings and move forward. Allowing vulnerability to be at the core of these songs from the beginning of the writing process to the end of the recording process, I can confidently say: I have found my voice and I trust it more than ever.
